What's Next?

Step 1: You will receive an email from SugarSmart with the subject line, "You've been granted access." Log in to your account after creating a password. Upon logging in, you will have access to The SMART Method course. 

Step 2: Dive into the first few modules at your convenience. Please note, there are PDFs at the bottom to guide your learning. The course material will be slowly released over the next few weeks. This gives you time to implement the exercises into your daily life. 

Step 3: During your designated coaching time, log in to the course and press the "Live Video Coaching" folder. Then press "Join Live".
